The film also won two additional awards: it was awarded the Cinema Prize of French National Education System (FIPRESCI Prize) as well as the Cinema Prize. Additionally, she was a part in the film of Francis Ford Coppola Youth Without Youth. She played Yasim Awar in BBC's 5-episode The Last Enemy miniseries. Marinca has appeared in the Romanian drama Boogie along with Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven. In the film Fury (2014) in which she was Irma she was a German woman who served as Emma's aunt.
