Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd began her journey into combat sports around the teenager age. Aspen Ladd trained in kickboxing, BJJ and wrestling and boxing before her professional debut at WCFC aged 18. Ladd was able to win three fights consecutively at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the fighters she beat had been defeated in the first moment. After that, she went back to WCFC to beat Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia Babaeghian and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia outclassed Aspen and prevailed over her with a unanimous decision to put the blemish on Aspen's amateur record. Ladd rebounded from her loss in the final by beating Roma Pawelek in Tuff-N'-Uff, increasing her record to 8-1. Aspen signed her contract with Invicta FC in 2015 to get her first professional fight. Invicta Fc 11 she dominated Ana Carolina Vidal and won her fight in the opening round, via a TKO. Invicta 16 saw her rise into the Bantamweight division after winning her bout with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen made use of her superlative fighting skills to defeat McGill and then ended the fight with a third-round TKO(elbows and punches). Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) in which Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen dominated Hoy before putting her down after the second round with a TKO. As for her final fight for the promotion, she beat Sijara Ebanks with a unanimous win at Invicta FC 21. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC in the 118th UFC Fight Night 118, taking on Lina Langsberg. She dominated Lina as she used a combination of ground and pound to prevail by TKO in the second-round. The dominance of her continued, and she scored an impressive win at the end of her fight against Tonya Evinger, at UFC 229 Ladd finished Evinger within the first minute and earned the night bonus. The fighter fought for the first time in a major fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Avs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Both fighters put on an intense battle that concluded with Ladd beating her opponent by a unanimous vote and both fighters getting their Fight of the Night bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie finished Ladd in just 16 seconds to end her record of wins. After a break of a few seconds, she returned to finish Yana Kunizkaya in UFC's ESPN 7 third-round fight. She fought Norma Dumont as a substitute in her most recent fight with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. It was a unanimous decision in her favor.
